Modern voice AI is genuinely good now — most callers do not notice. It is set up to be upfront if asked, and it hands off to you immediately for anything urgent or unusual. You can listen to every call recording and I tune it based on real conversations in the first few weeks.
That is the normal case, and it is fine. You do not touch any of it. I handle the domain, hosting, setup, and connections. You get a phone number to call and a text message when a lead comes in.
It covers hosting, the AI usage itself (voice and chat cost money per minute and per message), monitoring, security updates, and ongoing tuning. Automation is not a set-it-and-forget-it thing — pricing changes, services change, and the system has to change with them. No contract; cancel any time with 30 days notice.
