What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, business name, email, phone number, industry, budget range, and message you choose to provide. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and basic analytics.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you hired us for. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who can see it
Form submissions are delivered by email and stored with our hosting and email providers. Those vendors process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. No one else has access.
Cookies
This site uses only what is necessary to function. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to say which provider and what is collected.
Your choices
Email houstonaiworks@gmail.com at any time to request a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action deletion requests within 30 days unless we are required to retain records for tax or legal reasons.
Client data
For clients, any customer data flowing through systems we build (call transcripts, chat logs, lead records) belongs to you, not us. We access it only to operate and improve your systems, and we hand over or delete it on request when an engagement ends.
