Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

Using this site

This website is provided for information. Prices shown are current estimates for the scopes described and may change. Nothing here is a binding offer — a project is agreed only in a written scope signed by both parties.

Quotes and payment

Build fees are fixed for the agreed scope: 50% due to begin, 50% on launch. Recurring plans bill monthly starting the day your system goes live. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any additional work happens.

Cancellation

Monthly plans are month-to-month and cancellable with 30 days written notice. Build deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, since the scope is fixed in advance. On cancellation we transfer your domain, website files, and data to you.

Ownership

On final payment, you own your domain, your website code, your content, and your customer data. We retain ownership of any reusable internal tooling, libraries, and templates that are not specific to your project.

Third-party services

Systems we build may rely on third-party providers for hosting, telephony, AI models, and payments. Those services carry their own terms and their own uptime. We choose reputable providers, but we are not liable for their outages or price changes.

What AI can and cannot do

AI systems are not perfect. Voice and chat agents can occasionally misunderstand a caller or produce an incorrect answer. We configure guardrails, monitor output, and tune continuously, but you remain responsible for reviewing quotes, commitments, and communications sent on your behalf. Any pricing an AI quotes to a customer is an estimate unless you confirm it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Harris County.
