Terms of Service

Houston AI Works provides an AI receptionist, missed-call text-back, lead dashboard, and related automation for HVAC companies. Service scope, pricing, and term are agreed in writing with each client before anything goes live. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.

Customers who call a client company and are not reached may receive text messages from that company about their service request, including follow-ups and appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP, or email houstonaiworks@gmail.com, for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI is not perfect. The receptionist can occasionally mishear a caller or record a detail incorrectly. It is configured never to diagnose equipment, never to quote prices unless the client provides pricing rules, never to offer appointment times the client’s calendar does not show as open, and to direct anyone reporting a safety hazard such as a gas smell to leave and contact the gas company or 911.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing leads, confirming work, and responding to emergencies flagged to them. The service is not an emergency dispatch service and does not replace 911.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, hours, service area, pricing rules, and availability they give us, and for complying with laws that apply to their own customer communications.

Each client owns its customer data, including leads, recordings, transcripts, and messages. On cancellation we export it to the client on request and then delete it.

The service depends on third-party providers for hosting, telephony, text delivery, and AI models. We choose reputable providers but are not liable for their outages.

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount the client paid us in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Harris County.
